Our organic Peruvian coffee is 100% certified organically grown, fair trade certified Arabica. It stands up well in the cup, with a mild acidity, subtle nuttiness, and a soft finish. As a result, it is most certainly a crowd pleaser.

In fact, Peruvian organic was the first organic and fair trade coffee we added to our selection.

What It Tastes Like

Peru is a great choice if you prefer a gentler cup. Because it has mild to medium acidity and a light to medium body, it goes down easy, unlike the heavy, smoky character of a dark roast. You will notice sweet, bright notes of lemongrass, vanilla, and apricot, along with a subtle nuttiness and a soft finish. Since we roast it to a full city level, those delicate flavors stay intact.
